SGT IDEE Local

The Working Group for the Development of the Local Spatial Data Infrastructure (SGT-IDE Local) is part of the GTIDEE and depends on the Specialized Commission on Spatial Data Infrastructures (IDE) of the Superior Geographic Council.

The objective of the Local Spatial Data Infrastructure Working Group is to share knowledge and experiences among different local administrations to deploy the necessary services and infrastructures for the implementation of Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDI) at the local scale.

The assigned functions include:

• Serving as a discussion forum on a specific topic.
• Bringing together existing experiences and ideas.
• Reaching consensus on technical documents.
• Acting as a node for the Local SDI.
